Who built a wall for Hong Kong in the age of Artificial Intelligence?

What does it mean to be unable to use artificial intelligence in the age of AI? Hong Kong has long been Asia's premier testing ground for cutting-edge technology but is now being denied access to several mainstream AI tools - including ChatGPT and Google Bard - a new kind of segregation is emerging that is causing anxiety for those in the middle.

Grassroots, blockage and trust issue, how civilian relief group came to the rescue

During the pandemic, self-organized groups sprang up in response, most of them improvised, using online documents, WeChat groups, and other collaborative online tools to connect, share information, and respond to cries for help. In this article, we interviewed volunteers and founders of various groups, including the Wuhan Red Cross, to compare civilian and official relief efforts during such an emergency outbreak.
